Our teachers are here to help you find a practice that is right for your body, and we offer classes with modifications suitable for everyone at every age. Breathwork & Meditation
Play with expanding your breath and experience different patterns of breathing that help calm or energize your mind and your body. Paired with a seated, sensory aware, guided meditation.
A chair and other props, with modifications, will be utilized to assist yogis with performing postures that will increase balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion and reduce stress. Suitable for all levels.
Use props and sequences to deeply release the fascia, allowing the body to move freely and expanding your range of motion.
Flow & Tone
Find your flow, tone with weights, and work deep tissue using the foam roller.
Mat-based yoga practice with props to find stretch, balance, and relaxation.
Learn how to realign bunions, spread the toes for balance, and create arches that bring back the spring in your step. Your legs, hips, shoulders, and neck will benefit from keeping your feet healthy and mobile.
Pelvic Floor Health
Strengthen and restore health to the muscles that support our lower half functions in the pelvic floor. For women and men, incorporating standing/mat-based movement and breath in a safe, respectful environment. No health problems required to attend.

Pilates Yoga Blend, Fusion Wall
The perfect combination of Pilates and yoga. A low-impact workout using classical Pilates movement and yoga postures to enhance strength and flexibility.
Restorative yoga is a practice that allows you to completely relax, breathe, and rest. Rest your body and cleanse your mind, and leave feeling fully refreshed and rejuvenated. Suitable for all levels.
Stretch & Tone
Focus on total body stretch, strength, and tone, in this class using a variety of props and sequences. With core strength as a foundation, emphasis rotates between arms, legs, abs, and glutes - do the work and get about your day!
TRE - Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercise
Shake it off! Using 8 specific exercises designed to fatigue your hip flexors, and allow the body to release or ‘tremor’ tense muscles away. Leads to better sleep, regular body function, calmer mindset, a balanced nervous system, and much more.
Vinyasa Flow Yoga
This class gets your heart pumping as you flow through a series focused on alignment, stabilization and breath control.

Mat-based sequence to help build balance, strength, flexibility and a strong base.
Yogic Sleep - Mindful Relaxation
“I’m just here for the Savasana.” Includes ‘tense release’ of your muscles, ‘left, right, whole’ guided awareness, and sensory meditation. Perfect after a long day at work, screaming kids, crazy traffic, or a fantastic workout.

All of our classes are suitable for all levels and enhance flexibility, strength, balance, and overall well-being. Expect cueing that includes modifications to deepen or simplify a posture. We offer a variety of class styles to give you fresh experiences.
We provide complimentary use of mats and props. You are very welcome to bring your own if you prefer them - many of our members leave their mats in the studio!
Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates as a means to improve strength, posture, alignment and flexibility. We offer Pilates using classical apparatus like the Tower and Reformer, a classical Pilates Mat class and a variety of classes blending yoga, Pilates, and overall fitness focused on the core, the "powerhouse" supporting overall physical stability.
