Chair Yoga

A chair and other props, with modifications, will be utilized to assist yogis with performing postures that will increase balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion and reduce stress. Suitable for all levels.

Flow & Tone

Find your flow, tone with weights, and incorporate other props.

Flow Yoga

From gentle, stability, to vinyasa, this mat-based yoga practice uses props to find stretch, balance, and relaxation.

Mobility & Core

Use elements of yoga and Pilates to improve overall movement and core strength.

Restorative Yoga

A practice that allows you to completely relax, breathe, and rest. Rest your body and cleanse your mind, and leave feeling fully refreshed and rejuvenated. 

Strength Training

Use weights, kettle bell and body weight to build muscle and tone.

Stretch & Tone

Focus on total body stretch, strength, and tone, in this class using a variety of props and sequences to build overall mobility.

Yin Yoga

Yin yoga uses poses practiced at a slow, meditative pace, with long holds to reach deep connective tissue.

Pilates Mat

Mat-based sequence based on the original exercises developed by Joseph Pilates. 

Pilates Tower

A classical Pilates practice using the Tower apparatus to focus on the precision of breathe and body work.  Use your core to build tone and strength.
Pilates Reformer

The Reformer apparatus adds resistance to focus on the precision of breathe and body work.  Use your core to build tone and strength.

Pilates Duet

A variation that may include work on the Tower, Reformer, or Wunda Chair. 

Pilates Yoga Blend 

The perfect combination of Pilates and yoga.  A low-impact workout using classical Pilates movement and yoga postures to enhance strength and flexibility.

Aerial Yoga

Fly into a joyful experience with our fun yoga practiced entirely in yoga hammocks.  Deepen your postures in ways you never imagined.  

Barre

Find strength, balance and tone with exercises using the barre.

Meditation

Explore a variety of meditation styles in this guided session, practiced seated or lying down.

Muscle Release

Use props and sequences to deeply release the fascia, allowing the body to move freely and expanding your range of motion.

TRE  - Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercise

Shake it off! Using 8 specific exercises designed to fatigue your hip flexors, and allow the body to release or ‘tremor’ tense muscles away.  Leads to better sleep, regular body function, calmer mindset, a balanced nervous system, and much more.

TRX

Designed as an intense 30-45 minute workout to push you to your edge, TRX leverages your body weight and gravity to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.

Book a session in The Gym to keep your cardio and strength goals on your own.

Small Group Personal Training

Join a small group in The Gym in this trainer-led circuit including cardio and strength.  Workout with friends keep you motivated.

Private Class or Event

Plan a private class or event at your location or in the studio to celebrate a bachelorette weekend, a retreat, birthday, or other special event. Choose from yoga, Pilates, or a combination practice to share with your group. Let us help make your event even more memorable.

It's been a while since I have exercised, what should I expect?

Welcome to the studio!  We meet you where you are now, and we'll work with you find classes that help you meet your fitness goals. 

How do I book a class?

See our live schedule on the Momoyoga booking app to reserve your classes, privates, or gym session and purchase membership or passes. Link here: https://www.momoyoga.com/laws/


Preregistration online is required, a minimum of two hours prior to class.  Late cancellation may result in loss of class pass. Thank you for your cooperation.

What can I expect in studio?

You can expect a warm welcome from our team of professional instructors and clients. Our classes are suitable for all levels, and we offer progressions or modifications to meet your needs. We have mats and props in studio for your use, or you are welcome to bring your own.

Are memberships and single class passes available?

Absolutely!  See options on the membership and pricing pages.

Do you offer private instruction?

We do!  We tailor private training and specialized instruction to your specific goals - strength, balance, flexibility, etc.  Contact us to book a complimentary consultation to assess your fitness goals.

What can I expect in a class?

All of our classes led by skilled instructors and are suitable for all levels and enhance flexibility, strength, balance, and overall well-being.   Expect cueing that includes modifications to deepen or simplify a posture.  We offer a variety of class styles to give you fresh experiences. 


We provide complimentary use of mats and props.  You are very welcome to bring your own if you prefer them - many of our members leave their mats in the studio!

What is Pilates?

Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates as a means to improve strength, posture, alignment and flexibility.  We offer Pilates using classical apparatus like the Tower and Reformer, a classical Pilates Mat class and a variety of classes blending yoga, Pilates, and overall fitness  focused on the core, the "powerhouse" supporting overall physical stability. 

What is your waiver of liability?

Please read our waiver. You will be asked to agree to its terms the first time you book a class, and any time the waiver is updated.  

I understand that participating in training, classes, programs, or events at Lake Anna Wellness Studio and/or The Gym (“LAWS”) involves inherent risks, including the possibility of injury, illness, or even death. I accept full responsibility for these risks, including but not limited to falls, weather-related effects, and interaction with others.

I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to choose activities that align with my own fitness level and health needs, both inside and outside the Studio and Gym. I trust LAWS to provide services with professionalism and care.

I agree to inform staff of any physical or psychological conditions that may affect my participation. I confirm that I am physically and mentally able to take part in the activities I choose, and I take full responsibility for my own well-being.

I understand that LAWS is not responsible for any activities, events, or services led by current or former instructors that take place outside of the Studio or Gym and are not officially sponsored or endorsed by LAWS.

In consideration of participating in LAWS activities, I hereby release and hold harmless Lake Anna Wellness Studio and/or The Gym, along with its staff, representatives, and affiliates, from any and all claims or liabilities arising from my participation.

By accepting this waiver, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agree to its terms.
