A chair and other props, with modifications, will be utilized to assist yogis with performing postures that will increase balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion and reduce stress. Suitable for all levels.
Flow & Tone
Find your flow, tone with weights, and work deep tissue using the foam roller.
Use props and sequences to deeply release the fascia, allowing the body to move freely and expanding your range of motion.
Pilates Yoga Blend
The perfect combination of Pilates and yoga. A low-impact workout using classical Pilates movement and yoga postures to enhance strength and flexibility.
Restorative yoga typically involves less than five poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax, breathe, and rest. Restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. Most restorative practices are based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar. Rest your body and cleanse your mind, and leave feeling fully refreshed and rejuvenated. Suitable for all levels.
Mat-based class to learn deep stretching techniques to keep mobile and flexible.
Stretch & Tone
Mat-based class focused on total body stretching and the toning, with emphasis rotating between arms, legs, abs, and glutes - do the work and get about your day in 45 minutes!
Vinyasa & Flow Yoga
This class suitable for all levels focused on alignment, stabilization and breath control.
A classical Pilates class using the Tower apparatus to focus on the precision of breathe and body work. Use your core to build tone and strength.

We provide complimentary use of mats and props. You are very welcome to bring your own if you prefer them - many of our members leave their mats in the studio!
Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates as a means to improve strength, posture, alignment and flexibility. We offer Pilates Tower and a Pilates/Yoga Blend classes for clients focused on the core, the "powerhouse" supporting overall physical stability.
