FAQs

How do I book a class?

See our schedule under the Book tab on this website, or view it on the Vagaro web page or app.  Preregistration online is required, a minimum of one hour prior to class.  Thank you for your cooperation.

What can I expect in class?

In Studio: We are following all COVID-19 precautions.  Bring your own mat and any props you wish for your practice.  Pilates clients, we recommend no slip socks for your practice on the Tower.  Please wear your mask to enter the studio door (our lobby entrance is closed), sanitize your hands when you enter, and keep your mask on until you set up for your practice.  You may remove your mask to practice, and put it back on if you get up during class or when you prepare to leave.  Following Yoga Alliance guidance, no hands-on modifications are offered at this time. 

Live Stream on Zoom: Set up just as you would for class in studio.  If you would like specific cueing during class, be sure your camera is set up to allow your teacher to see you during practice.  If you have questions about what props are recommended for each class, contact us. 

How do I Join a Live Stream class?

You'll be emailed and/or receive a text with the link to join the live stream on Zoom - EXCEPT for Jill's classes, for which we will send you a separate Zoom link provided through her account.  Please be sure to download the Zoom app to your device prior to class.  

How do I buy a membership?

See the membership options on Vagaro, and be in touch if we can assist.

Are single class passes available?

Absolutely!  Use the calendar on our booking page or use the Vagaro app.

Do you offer private instruction?

We do!  We tailor private training to your specific goals - strength, balance, flexibility, etc.  Contact us to book a complimentary consultation to assess your fitness goals. 

What can I expect in a yoga class?

All of our yoga classes are suitable for all levels and enhance flexibility, strength, balance, and overall well-being.   Expect cueing that includes modifications to deepen or simplify a posture.  

What is Pilates?

Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates as a means to improve strength, posture, alignment and flexibility.  We offer Pilates Tower and a Pilates/Yoga Blend classes for clients focused on the core, the "powerhouse" supporting overall physical stability.
