Yoga

Our teachers are here to help you find a practice that is right for your body, and we offer classes with modifications suitable for everyone at every age. Learn more about our Yoga, Pilates, and private training offerings here. Classes not currently on the schedule may be requested for private instruction.

Barre

Find strength, balance and tone with exercises using the barre.

Flow & Roll

Find your flow and work deep tissue using the foam roller and your own body weight.

Stretch & Tone

Mat-based class focused on total body stretching and the toning, with emphasis rotating between arms, legs, abs, and glutes.

Pilates Yoga Blend

The perfect combination of Pilates and yoga.  A low-impact workout using classical Pilates movement and yoga postures to enhance strength and flexibility. 

Chair Yoga

One of the gentlest forms of yoga, suitable for those with mobility issues, seniors or anyone that that may have an issue getting to the floor.  A chair and other props, with modifications, will be utilized to assist yogis with performing postures that will increase balance, strength, flexibility, range of motion and reduce stress. Designed to open the body through passive stretching in a relaxing manner.  Suitable for all levels.

Aerial Yoga

Fly into a joyful experience with our fun yoga practiced entirely in yoga hammocks.  Deepen your postures in ways you never imagined.  

In Aerial Restorative, enjoy restorative poses with the added experience of an aerial practice in our yoga hammocks.  Suitable for all levels.

Flow Yoga

Ranging from gentle to intense flow, yoga postures are sequenced and cued to meet individual needs to open the body and mind.

Restorative Yoga

Restorative yoga typically involves only five or six poses, supported by props that allow you to completely relax, breathe, and rest. Held for 5 minutes or more, restorative poses include light twists, seated forward folds, and gentle backbends. Most restorative practices are based on the teachings of B.K.S. Iyengar.  Rest your body and cleanse your mind, and leave feeling fully refreshed and rejuvenated.  Suitable for all levels. 

Yin / Yin Restorative Yoga

Yin uses slow movement through postures to work deeply into the body’s fascia to release tension.  Classes may combine the slow work of Yin with the meditative and peaceful pace of Restorative.  

Hatha Yoga

 Hatha yoga is the most widely practiced of yoga, Also compared with Iyengar yoga, Hatha uses postures and the breath to help bring peace to mind and body. Expect a gentle flow with  focus on balance, alignment, strength.

Stability Sequence Yoga

This class suitable for all levels includes a unique and therapeutic sequence of postures that does not change class to class, allowing the student to build a solid foundation and to focus on alignment, stabilization and breath control.

Pilates Tower

A classical Pilates class using the Tower apparatus to focus on the precision of breathe and body work.  Use your core to build tone and strength.

Private Party in Studio - Two Hour

Looking for a unique way to celebrate a bachelorette, birthday, or other life event?  Host your private party in our studio.  Enjoy whatever food and drink you want to offer your guests. Our certified instructor will be on site to guide you.  Two hours, party size up to 15.

Kid's Party in Studio

Give the kids a day to remember with a fun cycle of activities in our studio.  Two hours, party size up to 15. 

Yoga at Your Home or Dock

Make memories with family and friends with a private yoga event at your place.  We bring all the mats and props, you relax with your food and drink.  One and a half hour session, up to 15 guests.

It's been a while since I have exercised, what should I expect?

Welcome to the studio!  We meet you where you are now, and we'll work with you find classes that help you meet your fitness goals. 

How do I book a class?

See our live schedule using the Book Now page on our site, or go directly to the momoyoga booking app to select classes and purchase class passes to book each session. Link here: https://www.momoyoga.com/laws/


Preregistration online is required, a minimum of one and half hours prior to class.  Thank you for your cooperation.

What can I expect in studio?

In Studio: We are following current health protocols modified as those guidelines are updated. 

How do I join a Live Stream class?

You'll be emailed and/or receive a text with the link to join the live stream on Zoom. Please be sure to download the Zoom app to your device prior to class.  


Live Stream on Zoom: Set up just as you would for class in studio.  If you would like specific cueing during class, be sure your camera is set up to allow your teacher to see you during practice.  If you have questions about what props are recommended for each class, contact us.

Do you offer private instruction?

What can I expect in a class?

All of our classes are suitable for all levels and enhance flexibility, strength, balance, and overall well-being.   Expect cueing that includes modifications to deepen or simplify a posture.  We offer a variety of class styles to give you fresh experiences. 


We provide complimentary use of mats and props.  You are very welcome to bring your own if you prefer them!

What is Pilates?

Pilates was developed by Joseph Pilates as a means to improve strength, posture, alignment and flexibility.  We offer Pilates Tower and a Pilates/Yoga Blend classes for clients focused on the core, the "powerhouse" supporting overall physical stability.
